Medication Refill Form
This request form will go directly to our email to be processed within 48 hours. Please remember we are not open on weekends at this time and will only be addressing the refills Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
IF YOU ARE OUT OF MEDICATION NOW PLEASE CALL US TO ARRANGE MORE IMMEDIATE REFILLS.
Your request will be assessed within 2 business days by one of our veterinarians. If we have questions, we will contact you, otherwise the medication will be available after 48 hours.
Please note that usually our College standards require annual health exams for any long term medications. We may contact you for additional information prior to authorizing the refill. Amount requested is not guaranteed as might be adjusted based on current conditions and timing of regular wellness care.
