We do not routinely use e-mail for communication but can make it available for special circumstances. Please contact us at 250-642-4413 to discuss that option.
Hours: Monday, Tuesdays, Thursday, Friday: 8am - 5pm
Wednesdays: 9am to 5pm due to staff training in morning.
Saturday: CLOSED Jan 2025- April 2025
Sunday: CLOSED
CLOSED Stat holidays
CLOSED 12:30 - 1:30 pm for lunch
Please call ahead to book an appointment.
An additional charge will apply for walk-in patients and availability cannot be guaranteed. To ensure your schedule is best accommodated and your pet can be cared for in a timely fashion, please call before coming down.
Cancellations made short notice (same-day) will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate. This includes appointments where the client arrives more than 10 minutes after their scheduled time or if the client is a no-show.
If your pet requires emergency care outside of regular hours, please call the Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital OR WAVES (in Langford). Both provide emergency after-hours care. Click on the names to be taken to their websites.
